Notice of Redemption in relation to EUR 1.1 billion outstanding Perpetual Capital Securities
On 9 April 2024, TenneT Holding B.V. as Issuer, has noticed the Securityholders of TenneT's €1,100,000,000 Fixed-to-Reset Rate Perpetual Capital Securities issued on 12 April 2017 that TenneT has elected to call and redeem, and will redeem, pursuant to the Issuer's call option all of its outstanding Securities on 31 May 2024.

The Securities will be redeemed at their principal amount together with any interest accrued thereon, including any Arrears of Interest, up to (but excluding) the Redemption Date.
