Our goal is to reduce our net impact on nature and the environment to zero.

Impact on nature

Because our high-voltage connections, installations and other buildings are often located in the landscape, we have an impact on nature. We do our best to limit our negative impact as much as possible and, where possible, to have a positive impact on nature. Our goal is to reduce our net impact on nature and the environment to zero.

We do this by using environmentally friendly and innovative techniques and by sparing vulnerable areas as much as possible.

Code of Conduct

We also have a code of conduct that sets out how we should carry out our maintenance and construction work: always in accordance with nature conservation laws, and therefore in a way that protects flora and fauna species.

Nature roadmap

Our nature roadmap helps us determine where nature measures can have a positive impact. This roadmap also provides us with guidance in the implementation of projects and helps us to scale up successful measures. In this way, we can realise our nature ambition.
