TenneT's belangrijkste taken bestaan uit het verzorgen van transportdiensten, het verzorgen van systeemdiensten en het faciliteren van de energiemarkt. Onze kerntaken vloeien voort uit onze aanwijzing als netbeheerder op grond van de Nederlandse Elektriciteitswet (E-wet) en de Duitse wet op de energiesector (Energiewirtschaftsgesetz, EnWG).

Ons hoogspanningsnet

TenneT beheert het hoogspanningsnet in Nederland en grote delen van Duitsland. TenneT transporteert elektriciteit op 110.000 Volt (110 kV) en hoger. Met ongeveer 23.000 kilometer aan hoogspanningsverbindingen, steken we de grenzen over en verbinden we landen.

T.1 Voltage level

TenneT intends to standardise the offshore substations. Standardisation includes a standardised voltage level of the infield cables for all five wind areas to be realised in the coming years in line with the national Energy Agreement ("Energieakkoord"). TenneT intends to use 66 kV for the inter-array cable voltage level, assessing the impact of this decision versus the 33 kV alternative.

T.2 # of J tubes / bays

Depending on the design of the infield grid, the total costs of the grid connection may be reduced if one or two additional J-tubes are installed. This topic reflects on the amount of J-tubes on the offshore substation to be taken into account for connecting the Power Park Module (PPM). Regarding this subject, the assumption is made that the voltage level of the PPM system is 33 kV or 66 kV.
