Every two years, TenneT conducts a customer satisfaction survey among its connected parties (producers, consumers and grid operators) and system customers (Balance Responsible Parties, Balancing Service Providers and Metering Responsible Parties). TenneT Germany and TenneT Netherlands has again been rated highly by you in 2022, compared to two years ago, with 82% satisfaction. We are proud of this!
