COVID-19: Safety, health and security of supply priorities at TenneT

Downloads & Contact

As a company responsible for critical infrastructure, TenneT takes the risks posed by COVID-19 (‘corona virus’) very seriously

The safety and health of our employees is of our utmost concern. We have therefore taken preventive measures since two weeks to protect employees from infection and to maintain business and system operations. These precautionary measures are reassessed on a daily basis and, if necessary, extended and complemented. In addition to health measures, these include measures that restrict contact among employees and with other groups of people, as well as additional measures that restrict access to our operating facilities. Special precautions apply to our employees working in particularly sensitive areas such as system control rooms. As part of our ordinary course of business, we are prepared for any emergency in these areas, also beyond the current threat from COVID-19.
