First point of contact
Our Customer Care Center is the first point of contact for all customer questions. We also have Customer Relations Managers acting as a single point of contact for customers in each region.
Because electricity disruptions can have an enormous impact on homes and businesses, we make every effort to prevent power failures or, if they do occur, to restore the electricity supply as soon as possible. All faults are registered on our website.
Customers can contact us via their relationship manager or the TenneT Customer Care Center. There is also a Service Center for customers who are connected to the grid through a regional network. Consumers and businesses can contact our Service Center for questions about:Working near high-voltage power lines, procurement or compensation for masts.
