According to the Joint Declaration from the Danish and German Economic Ministries (see press release), the relevant Transmission System Operators of both countries, TenneT and Energinet, will be jointly responsible for the implementation of this Declaration. Therefore, Energinet and TenneT signed today an Agreement for guaranteeing minimum available hourly capacities for both directions of the border DE/DK-West. The Transmission System Operators will guarantee the minimum available capacities, beginning 4 July 2017, with Countertrade, starting with 80 MW and increasing the capacities according to the following table:

In the event of changed requirements the Agreement can be terminated on a daily basis. In such a case, the Transmission System Operators will inform the market immediately.
